The Challenge
Urban mobility in Kampala is fragmented and largely cash-based - riders struggle to find reliable boda bodas and taxis, while drivers lack a trusted platform to reach nearby passengers and grow their earnings.
Our Solution
We built a real-time ride-hailing platform with live driver matching and GPS tracking, multiple ride types (boda bodas, taxis, and rides), upfront fare estimates, trip management, and dedicated rider and driver apps designed around local, neighbourhood-level connectivity.
